RDYC Sailing Activities

The Royal Dart Yacht Club runs a variety of sailing-related activities. Details can be found by following the links below.

Racing

The Club has a regular programme of evening and weekend racing as well as the hosting each year the well-known Dartmouth Week Regatta

Cruising

The club has a thriving Cruising Section, with a varied programme of events designed to attract both sailing and power boat members.

Ladies Afloat

The Club has a very active and well-supported Ladies Afloat group which includes a summer programme of dinghy, keelboat and cruiser sailing as well as a year round social programme.

Junior Sailing

Junior Sailing is a popular and highly social activity for juniors and helpers alike. It is one of the jewels in the RDYC crown. 2007 was a great success, thanks to skilful organisation by the numerous willing volunteer helpers.

Social and Shore-Based Events

A wide variety of sailing related shore-based events are held throughout the year and especially during the winter months. Check the Social Events page for details.
