RDYC Membership Information
Thank you for your interest in Membership of Royal Dart Yacht Club
The Royal Dart Yacht Club is a busy diverse establishment which sits proudly on the beautiful River Dart, one of the most popular sailing ports in England, UK.
As a member of this Club you will have access to a range of facilities both on and off the water. There are a number of active sections, involving more than 1000 members of all ages and interests.
Categories of Membership and Subscriptions 2010
Full Members
The Entrance Fee for each full Membership Application shall be £100.
Full Members of the Club and their rights and privileges are defined within the Constitution of the Club. The categories of membership are:

| Joint | Married couple or established partners, each enjoying independent membership | £277.00 |
| Family | Married couple or established partners and any children under the age of 18 years who shall be Junior Members | £277.00 |
| Single | One member | £185 |
| Overseas | A member permanently resident overseas | £57 |
| 18 - 25 Years | A full member in this age group pays a concession
fee.
A person in this age group who is in full-time education and has previously been a full family member may have free membership. |

- No individual guest may be introduced into the Club on more than four occasions in any one calendar year.
- Members who have not paid their membership subscription by 31st January will be charged £10 extra to compensate the Club for the administration costs of pursuing them.

Associate Members
There is no Entrance Fee for Associate Members.

| Saturday Morning Junior | Person under 18 years of age not a Junior Member in their own right but under instruction at the Club. Entitled to use facilities of the Club on Saturdays only, and other times specified by the Sailing Committee |

| Racing Crew | Member of racing crew of a yacht owned and sailed by a full member participating in Club events and races. Entitled to use facilities of Club from 24 hours before until 24 hours after the event and to attend winter sailing events e.g. lectures and prizegiving | £25 |
| Instructor | Part of an instruction team. Entitled to use club facilities on any day when involved with the Yacht Club | Zero |

A friendly welcome is guaranteed with fine food, a well stocked bar, modern clubhouse facilities and a stunning river terrace, plus of course, excellent sailing.
